Jewel Wind Chimes

Adding jeweled beads to wind chimes turns them into sun catchers, too, which makes jewel wind chimes especially suited as garden decor. Those pictured on this page are part of a range of many wind chimes, some of which are sure to catch your eye, and ear.

The celestial jeweled wind chime shown first would be a bright and cheerful addition to any garden. Do not be deceived by the picture; this wind chime hangs more than 3 ft long at 40 inches, so would cause quite a stir in your garden, not just for its music, but for its impressive appearance. The large sun at the top will cheer any passer-by, while the smaller moons and stars complete the celestial look of this jeweled wind chime.

There is definitely a fun and whimsical element to the frog wind chime (left). The large green frog topper has beaded jewels to catch the light and is accompanied by smaller frogs, all green, made from metal and hand painted. Hanging amongst the copper wind chimes are the smaller frogs and some yellow flowers, also hand painted metal. The overall effect is a delightful piece of garden decor with sounds that will charm the birds out of the trees - and maybe the frogs out of the ponds. This wind chime is another 40 inch giant.

The final picture is of a smaller (33 inch) and unusual wind chime. It is a bit different because of the 3D effect of its design. This wind chime features a gardener's favourite, the ladybug. The smaller ladybugs are mixed cheerfully with flowers, but the topper is a large ladybug, which is balanced at the bottom by a large sunflower. The ladybugs and flowers are hand painted metal, with some jeweled beads interpersed to complete the wind chime.
