Hand Painted Decorative Bird Houses

Those of us who love gardening, and creating attractive gardens, are also those most likely to take care over the choice of garden decor. Even so, there is a wide variety of taste, so when it comes to choosing bird houses, some may prefer a basic rustic wooden bird house for their garden, while others may want a hand painted decorative bird house to add further colour and fun to their garden decor.

Luckily for us all, those choices are widely available, so if your desire is for unique or unusual hand painted bird houses, in decorative and imaginative styles, then you will not be disappointed. The first picture is a touch of Euro nostalgia, an ornate and pretty bird house, made from wood and then hand painted. The ornate accessories are made from iron, and also hand painted.

The second picture (left) is of a gorgeous wooden hummingbird bird house. Each one is hand painted by an artist, so will be unique, though of the same basic design. Perched on one of the painted branches is a little hummingbird, making this a beautifully decorated bird house, a lovely complement to the garden and its decor.

An artist then hand paints those spring flower favourites, daffodils, adding some yellow brightness to the scene, plus a butterfly to complete the picture.
