Copper Indoor Waterfalls (Free Standing and Wall Mounted)

Copper is an excellent metal to incorporate in waterfalls, especially for a modern home where a shiny metal blends well with the the interior decor. Copper has some lovely reflective properties in artificial light, and in sunlight; so does water. Combine water and copper, and you have the potential for an impressive mix.

Another good quality of copper is that it can blend with both light and dark decors. In an olde worlde cottage, the right choice of copper waterfall may fit in a dark alcove nicely, especially if the house has some antique copper ornaments hanging on the walls or displayed on shelves.

The first picture is of Turtle Falls, a wall hanging water waterfall with Rajah mulicoloured natural slate. This clear copper framed waterfall comes with accent lighting which reflects nicely on the copper as well as illuminating the slate.

If you are in need of a free standing floor waterfall in copper, then the one on the left, Niagara Falls, is a superb example. This is an indoor waterfall, but has an outside waterfall alternative. Niagara Falls makes fall use of copper throughout, making it a rich, sumptuous metallic piece of home decor.

This floor fountain has the benefit of being free standing, so is simple to move around the floor to catch different angles of light.

If you are looking for a very tall and elegant free standing waterfall in copper, then Elegance (shown left) might be just for you. This giant waterfall stands at 8ft, so is very impressive for that alone. Look at it more closely though and you will find other reasons to impress you. The one you see is in copper, but there are silver and gold finished versions also. The effect you see from the lighting is created by an irridescent metallic finish fabric face. This particular model was designed by artist Lee Lefebvre.
